Service Description
A blend of somatic dance, specific postures, mantra and breath work, to clear your emotional, mental and energetic stagnation and have life force pouring through you! This session is 1:1 specific tailored to you. This session has a blend of low and high intensity movements, and is done like a dance class to music.
